PENERAPAN MEDIA TALI KARET UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR DALAM PEMBELAJARAN LOMPAT TINGGI GAYA GUNTING SISWA SMA NEGERI 1 MENUKUNG

Abstract

Absrtact: This study aims to improve the athletic ability of high-scissors branches through the application of rubber strap media to increase interest and learning outcomes of class XI students of SMA 1 Menukung, In this study the research was classroom action research (CAR) and carried out in two cycles. The subjects of this study were class XI students of SMA 1 Menukung. The data obtained are then analyzed through the stages of data collection and conclusion, where the techniques used for data collection are obtained through the stages of observation and test implementation of activities in the form of photos of learning activities, Based on the results that have been analyzed, a significant increase in precycle, cycle I and cycle II is obtained. In the pre-cycle the percentage of student learning only reached 18% and in the first cycle the percentage of completeness of learning the high-scissor style jumping technique was 35% with the number of students entering the complete category as many as 9 students, while in the second cycle the percentage of completeness was 88% with the number of students categorized as complete as many as 26 students from the total number of students namely 34 students, from the percentage there is an increase from pre-cycle to cycle I of 17% and cycle I to cycle II is 50% then from pre-cycle to cycle II of 70%., The conclusion in this study is that through the application of rubber strap media in improving understanding of the scissor high jump technique in class XI of SMA 1 Menukung increased.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan atletik cabang lompat tinggi gaya gunting melalui penerapan media tali karet untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Menukung. Dalam penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dan dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Menukung. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan pengumpulan data dan penarikan kesimpulan, dimana teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui tahapan observasi dan tes pelaksanaan kegiatan yang berupa foto hasil kegiatan pembelajaraan, Berdasarkan dari hasil yang telah dianalisis diperoleh peningkatan yang signifikan dari prasiklus, siklus I dan siklus II. Pada prasiklus persentase pembelajaran siswa hanya mencapai 18% dan pada siklus I persentase ketuntasan pembelajaran teknik lompat tinggi gaya gunting sebesar 35% dengan jumlah siswa yang masuk kategori tuntas adalah sebanyak 9 siswa, sementara itu pada siklus II diperoleh persentase ketuntasan sebesar 88% dengan jumlah siswa yang dikategorikan tuntas sebanyak 26 siswa dari jumlah keseluruhan siswa yaitu 34 siswa, dari persentase yang ada maka terjadi peningkatan dari prasiklus ke siklus I sebesar 17% dan siklus I ke siklus II adalah 50% kemudian dari prasiklus ke siklus II sebesar 70%, Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa melalui penerapan media tali karet dalam meningkatkan pemahaman teknik lompat tinggi gaya gunting pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1Menukung meningkat.
