Abstract
This community service program aimed to strengthen the work readiness and digital literacy of Grade XI students at SMK Saraswati 1 Denpasar through training in preparing Applicant Tracking System (ATS)-based curriculum vitae. The program was motivated by the increasing digitalization of recruitment practices, which requires vocational students to prepare application documents that are informative for recruiters and readable by digital screening systems. The implementation used an educational-participatory approach consisting of school coordination, participant needs identification, material delivery, CV writing demonstration, hands-on practice using Microsoft Word, mentoring, review of students’ CV outputs, and reflective evaluation. The program involved 23 Grade XI students who were preparing for internships and the early transition to the labour market. The results of a simple evaluation showed that the average achievement of participant indicators increased from 23.9% before the training to 86.2% after the training, representing an increase of 62.3 percentage points. Improvements were observed in students’ understanding of ATS functions, CV structure, keyword selection, ATS-friendly formatting, CV draft development, and confidence in preparing initial job application documents.
