Abstrak
Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengalihkan interaksi sosial ke ruang siber, namun sekaligus memicu tantangan baru berupa intoleransi, echo chamber, dan ujaran kebencian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi pendidikan multikultural yang efektif dalam memitigasi intoleransi digital melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitis. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur mendalam, observasi partisipatif pada platform digital, serta wawancara mendalam. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 3 informan yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan mengadopsi model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian secara terukur merumuskan lima pilar utama strategi operasional. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan empati digital yang diintegrasikan dengan kerangka pedagogis dialogis-demokratis mampu mereduksi ketegangan antar kelompok dan mengubah ruang siber menjadi ekosistem yang lebih manusiawi serta inklusif.

Abstract
The development of information technology has shifted social interactions to cyberspace, but at the same time, it has triggered new challenges in the form of intolerance, echo chambers, and hate speech. This study aims to explore effective multicultural education strategies in mitigating digital intolerance through a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected through in-depth literature review, participant observation on digital platforms, and in-depth interviews. The research subjects consisted of three informants selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used adopted the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The research results measurably formulate five main pillars of operational strategy. The study concludes that strengthening digital empathy integrated with a dialogical-democratic pedagogical framework can reduce tensions between groups and transform cyberspace into a more humane and inclusive ecosystem.
