Abstrak
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan self-management pada mahasiswa kelas malam melalui kegiatan sharing session berbasis pendekatan design thinking. Topik ini dipilih karena mahasiswa kelas malam umumnya menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola waktu dan tanggung jawab. Kegiatan meliputi identifikasi masalah, pengembangan ide, dan implementasi solusi melalui sesi berbagi interaktif dan diskusi terpandu. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan testimoni peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman terkait konsep manajemen diri, terbukti dari kemampuan mereka dalam mengidentifikasi minimal tiga permasalahan pribadi dan merumuskan solusi relevan saat diskusi. Namun, kegiatan ini memiliki keterbatasan, yaitu waktu yang terbatas, dokumentasi yang kurang terstruktur, serta tidak adanya pengukuran kuantitatif. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar kegiatan selanjutnya menggunakan metode evaluasi yang lebih terstruktur, menambah durasi kegiatan, serta menggunakan alat ukur yang lebih terukur.

Abstract
This community service activity aimed to enhance self-management skills among evening class students through a sharing session based on a design thinking approach. The topic was selected due to the challenges faced by working students in managing time and responsibilities. The activity consisted of problem identification, idea development, and solution implementation through interactive sharing sessions and guided discussions. Data were collected through interviews and participant testimonials. The results showed that participants improved their understanding of self-management concepts, evidenced by their ability to identify at least three personal challenges and propose relevant solutions during discussions. However, the activity faced limitations, including limited time, unstructured documentation, and the absence of quantitative measurement. Therefore, future programs are recommended to apply more structured evaluation methods, extend activity duration, and incorporate measurable assessment tools. Overall, this activity highlights the importance of interactive approaches in improving students’ self-management skills.
