Selama Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan guru TK/TPQ Plus Hidayatullah Pamulang dalam merancang pembelajaran visual yang kreatif melalui penerapan Metode Monart Brookes. Latar belakang kegiatan ialah minimnya variasi media ajar dan terbatasnya pemahaman guru terhadap strategi pembelajaran visual. Program dilaksanakan oleh tim PKM-PM Universitas Pembangunan Jaya dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Learning (PALAR). Tahapan meliputi observasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi reflektif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam memahami tahapan menggambar, menggunakan Canva, serta menerapkan sistem achievement. Perubahan ini berdampak pada suasana belajar yang lebih kreatif, interaktif, dan partisipatif.

Abstract

This program aims to enhance the ability of teachers at TK/TPQ Plus Hidayatullah Pamulang to design creative visual learning activities through the application of the Monart Brookes Method. The program was initiated due to the limited variety of teaching media and the teachers’ insufficient understanding of visual-based learning strategies. It was implemented by the PKM-PM team of Universitas Pembangunan Jaya using the Participatory Action Learning (PALAR) approach. The activities consisted of observation, training, mentoring, and reflective evaluation. The results indicate improvements in the teachers’ understanding of drawing stages, use of Canva, and implementation of an achievement system, which contributed to a more creative, interactive, and participatory learning environment
