Author Guidelines

1. The article is the result of original research.

2. The articles are written in Indonesian or English in the field of basic education.

3. The substance of the article is proper with the Scientific Periodic Accreditation Guidelines, issued by the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DP2M) of the Directorate General of Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia.

4. The articles are written with good and correct Indonesian or English grammar rules.

5. Writing Systematics

a. TITLE (short and straightforward; maximum 15 words, according to the thesis). The title is typed in the middle position with 1 space.

b. Writer

The author's name is written in full without a degree and is accompanied by the study program and email address. The first name is the name of the drafting student, the second and third names are the names of the supervisors I and II, respectively.

(If the name of the author's agency 2 and 3 are the same, it is enough to write only one)

c. Abstract: Abstract in English (150-200 words)

(Containing research objectives, methods, and research results made in 1 paragraph 1 space)

Keywords: 4 – 5 words/phrase

d. Abstract: Abstract in Indonesian (150-200 words)

Keywords: 4-5 words/phrases

 

e. INTRODUCTION (Do not use the title, directly in the paragraph)

(background, research objectives and literature review, which are included in paragraphs not in the form of sub-chapters)

 

f. RESEARCH METHODS

(The research method is a research procedure and technique)

6. Writing Format

a. Article typed on 70 gr A4 paper. Left border 4 cm, right 3 cm, top 4 cm, and bottom 3 cm. Articles must be typed for a minimum of 10 pages and a maximum of 15 pages with 1 spacing in the font Time New Romans 12 pt.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
