Peningkatan Kesiapan Santri Akhir Melalui Pelatihan Hukum Keluarga dan Bimbingan Pranikah di Pondok Pesantren Al Istiqomah Mojokarang Dlanggu Mojokerto

Abstrak:
Santri akhir pesantren berada pada fase transisi krusial menuju kehidupan bermasyarakat dan pernikahan, sehingga membutuhkan kesiapan hukum, psikologis, dan sosial. Meskipun telah memperoleh pembelajaran fiqh munakahat melalui kajian kitab kuning, sebagian santri masih mengalami keterbatasan dalam memahami hukum keluarga Islam secara aplikatif serta keterkaitannya dengan hukum positif di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis efektivitas pelatihan hukum keluarga Islam dan bimbingan pranikah berbasis pesantren dalam meningkatkan kesiapan menikah santri akhir. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan melibatkan 50 santri akhir Pondok Pesantren Al Istiqomah Mojokarang, Dlanggu, Mojokerto. Metode meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi, studi kasus, role-play, simulasi keuangan keluarga, dan refleksi kesiapan menikah. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman hukum keluarga Islam (88%), partisipasi aktif peserta (92%), serta berkembangnya sikap dialogis dalam penyelesaian konflik. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan pranikah berbasis pesantren sebagai model penguatan kesiapan mental, spiritual, dan sosial santri menuju pembentukan keluarga sakinah.

Abstract:
Final-year Islamic boarding school students are in a critical transitional phase toward social life and marriage. Although students have learned fiqh munākahāt through classical Islamic texts, many still face difficulties in applying Islamic family law in practical contexts and understanding its relation to Indonesian positive law. This community service program aims to analyze the effectiveness of pesantren-based Islamic family law training and premarital counseling in improving marriage readiness among final-year students. The program used a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach involving 50 students at Al Istiqomah Islamic Boarding School, Mojokarang, Dlanggu, Mojokerto. Methods included interactive lectures, discussions, case studies, role-play, and reflective evaluation. The results indicate increased understanding of Islamic family law, high participant engagement, and improved dialogical attitudes in conflict resolution. These findings highlight the importance of pesantren-based premarital training in strengthening students’ mental, spiritual, and social readiness for building a sakinah family.
