Abstract

This activity discusses how to implement various learning models in the independent curriculum with a differentiated approach at SMK IT Insan Kreatif Tanjung Morawa. The lack of interest and activeness of students in the teaching and learning process is caused by a lack of motivation and a lack of innovation that makes students passive. Learning innovation with a differentiated approach at SMK IT Insan Kreatif Tanjung Morawa aims to accommodate the diverse needs and potential of students in order to support the Independent Curriculum. This aims to achieve inclusive education that can improve student motivation and learning outcomes. The methods used in this service include analyzing student needs, implementing various learning models, and evaluating learning outcomes periodically. The results of the implementation of differentiated learning show a significant increase in student engagement and academic achievement. Students feel more appreciated and motivated when they can learn according to their interests and abilities. This innovation not only improves the learning process but also creates a more enjoyable and productive learning atmosphere.
